Feel Good Qvevris 2018


A larger than life character, Fred started making wine out of passion and his focus on the use of only the most healthy fruit shows in his pristine wines. From old vines planted over Jurassic marls near Rotalier, this Savagnin was pressed directly into Georgian qvevri for fermentation and ten months of élevage. The vessel has produced a more loose-knit and aromatic expression of the grape, with plenty of spice and just a hint of tannin.
