From his vineyards in and around the Gard in the South of France, former sommelier Seb uses his boundless creativity to make vibrant wines of real appeal. This rancio is made from a blend of Burgundian Pinot Noir along with Grenache and Cinsault from old vines in Tavel. From a single barrel left out in the elements, this is an oxidative masterpiece, with heady notes of caramel, salt, nuts and spice. A wine for contemplation.
