From his vineyards in and around the Gard in the South of France, former sommelier Seb uses his boundless creativity to make vibrant wines of real appeal. This is a blend of all of juice from all of the grapes he harvested last year, aged for nine months in an old barrique previously used for the élevage of his friend Frederic Cossard’s Puligny-Montrachet. The result is a deep, one-of-a-kind rosé that pairs sun-kissed Southern fruit with curious mineral and structural notes from the vessel. A real trip.
