Shipping
We offer free shipping to England and Wales on all orders over £120.
Otherwise shipping within England and Wales will be a flat rate of £10.
Please note that as wines will be sent directly from a third-party bonded warehouse, orders will typically arrive in unsealed plain cardboard cartons, and we are unable to offer gift wrapping, bespoke packaging or packaging of individual bottles.
Please note that the wines shown in our packs are subject to availability and may change without notice.
Our office is open Monday–Friday from 9am–5pm, excluding public holidays. If you place an order on the weekend or a public holiday, we will process it the next working day. Please take this into account when estimating when your wine will arrive.

Unfortunately we currently cannot ship to Northern Ireland, Europe or the rest of the world.

Refunds & Returns
If you have received the wrong wine, please get in touch by sending us an email at hello@tuttoacasa.wine and we will arrange a replacement for you.
If there are any issues with the condition of the bottle, label or cork upon delivery please let us know as soon as is practical and at latest within 24 hours of receiving the wines.
Please keep in mind that we cannot accept returns on open bottles.
We offer a small and carefully selected number of wines from producers we know and trust. We taste the wines regularly and only feature those that we think are drinking well.
The reason we love these wines is because they are often thrillingly unique. They may smell, look and taste like no wine you’ve ever tasted before and as they are alive, a wine may not taste the same every time you open a bottle.
